The price includes fully comprehensive insurance, with an excess in the case of an accident, which varies depending on the model.

It is the part of responsibility in the case of an accident that is not covered by the car rental contract. This amount varies depending on the model of the vehicle.

If there is any damage done to the vehicle, the official dealer of the make of vehicle will estimate the cost of repair. If the repair estimate is less than the excess, the client assumes the total cost of the repair. If, on the other hand, the estimate is more than the value of the excess, the client assumes the total amount of the excess.

As in the majority of Insurance policies, Gaursa Rent a Car’s insurance does not cover: Damage to the undersides and roofs of vehicles, tyres and wheels, lost keys as well as internal damage.

The amount per additional driver is €8 (including VAT) per day up to a maximum of €72 (including VAT).

19 years with 1 year’s experience on the driving licence.

For drivers under 25 there is a charge of €12 (including VAT) per day or rental and driver, up to a maximum of €120 (including VAT).

Vehicle hire works on a 24-hour basis. If you rent a vehicle today at 10.00 hours until tomorrow at 10.00 hours it is considered one day’s rent.

When you reserve your rental vehicle, open the options on the button for extras of the chosen model and select the extras you wish to contract.

Availability of extras by way of accessories such as GPS, chains, children’s seat, will be confirmed by telephone by one of our operators at Gaursa Rent a Car.

Yes. We have a delivery and return service outside office hours.

Contact our customer attention service by calling 618 88 12 42 or by email at rentacar@gaursa.com and tell us what change you wish to make. They will explain the steps to follow to make the necessary modifications.

We have a service called: Airport Terminal Service Personalised service, no waiting in queues. Tell us what your airline company and flight number is and we will be waiting at the exit with your rental vehicle.

Since we have your flight number BESTE ALDE RENT A CAR will be updated on possible delays of your flight. If the time change means delivering the vehicle outside office hours there will be a surcharge.

If on the other hand, the flight delay is considerable, contact our customer attention service on 618 88 12 42 or by email on rentacar@gaursa.com so we can explain how to proceed.

The National Id. Card of the driver and the credit card to make the payment.

Original driving licence of the driver or drivers who are registered as the drivers.

If the reservation is cancelled giving more than 48 hours notification, Gaursa Rent a Car will return the full cost of the reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled giving less than 48 hours notice, Gaursa Rent a Car will charge 10% of the total cost of the reservation.

BESTE ALDE RENT A CAR will provide clients with a full tank. If you do not return the vehicle with the tank full, BESTE ALDE RENT A CAR will charge the amount of a full tank plus an extra for the refuelling.

The form of payment is by credit card, VISA or MASTER CARD.

On-line reservations:

  • Pay now option: Pay the total amount of the rental by credit card at the time of making the reservation.
  • Pay in office option: You will be charged the total rental at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle.
